 in terms of similarities between him and me. Every individual is different. I was a bit expressive probably on the ground and he is a bit quiet as a person. As long as India wins it is fine. I believe its different eras because athletes and sportspersons cannot go on forever. It was my time then and the baton has passed on to him after Rahul Dravid and Anil Kumble. He had just got to take it forward. And he is doing it absolutely brilliantly.Bengaluru, March 7: Mahendra Singh Dhoni has done wonderfully well as a captain and a tactician. He looks calm and composed under pressure and the team have really gone ahead under him. He is a good leader, knows exactly what he is doing, he’s got a very good team under his belt and he is cool and composed under pressure.

In case of Team India I am not so sure if it’s a problem of plenty, India has done well. They are doing well. We just get too excited with little bit of hiccups here and there which is going to happen in big tournaments. They have to decide on their best possible options to be honest. They should decide their best possible option and take it from there.

The seven batsman are quality players. I like Sachin Tendulkar, there is no need to talk about it. His straight drive is his best shot.  Virender Sehwag is terrific. His square-cut is the best. Virat Kohli looks compact. Gautam Gambhir the way he bats against pace. Yuvraj Singh his hit down the ground, he gets so much power. Dhoni - the shot which is very much on the Pepsi commercial. And Yusuf Pathan, the ease with which he hits the spinners out of the park. Suresh Raina is very good, he really takes after the spinners but he has to get the way he plays fast-bowling sorted.

I wouldn’t say fielding is a weak-link, India could do better on that and hopefully they will do it in the big games.

In case of the bowling, seamers have done well. Zaheer Khan looks in good form. Munaf Patel has done well and spinners will have to get better. Harbhajan Singh is a class apart, Piyush Chawla has been in good form of-late but hopefully he will pick up and get better. Depending on the conditions and the pitch and what Dhoni wants at some stage they will have to go 3-2, at some stage they will have to go 2-2.
